Order of search results in Gimpsy
In every search result, the list of sites has the following order:
- Auction winners (Red Star), are sorted by the amount they paid in the monthly auction.
- Promoted Sites (Yellow star), are sites that have paid for a quick review or have entered into a reciprocal promotion agreement with Gimpsy.
- New Sites (Blue star), are sites that have recently been approved for inclusion in Gimpsy. After 15 days, sites are no longer considered new. Newer sites are always displayed first.
- Regular sites that have their order randomly assigned every month.
